We currently ship to customers across Australia.

Standard shipping is A$7.95 for orders under A$80. Enjoy free standard shipping on orders of A$80 or more.

Standard shipping to Australia is estimated at 8–16 business days after dispatch. Order processing may require additional time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available.

Some items may be dispatched separately depending on their fulfilment location. If this happens, your order may arrive in multiple packages.

We accept eligible change-of-mind return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in their original condition with tags attached. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

Email info@cleoandpippa.au with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason. Please wait for our return instructions before sending anything back.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns may need to be sent internationally, including to the Netherlands. For faulty or incorrect products, applicable Australian Consumer Law rights apply.

Once your eligible change-of-mind return has been received and approved, we generally process the refund within 10 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time.

Each product has its own individual size chart. Please check the measurements on the product page before ordering, as sizing can vary between styles.
