Welcome to Cleo & Pippa, an Australian women's fashion boutique offering feminine, romantic and effortlessly elegant clothing. Our store operates online and is powered by Shopify.

We take care to present our products accurately. However, colours may appear slightly differently depending on your device's display settings. We cannot guarantee that your screen will accurately reflect the exact colour of the product.

Size information is provided as a guide only. We encourage you to refer to the size chart on each product page before placing your order. If you have any questions about sizing, please contact us before purchasing.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment infrastructure. We do not store your full payment details.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

5. Order Placement and Acceptance

Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm acceptance of your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability.

If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently offer standard shipping to Australian addresses.

• Standard shipping: A$7.95 for orders below A$80.
• Free standard shipping on orders of A$80 or more.

Estimated shipping transit time is 4–16 business days after dispatch. Processing time may apply before dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Orders may be fulfilled and shipped from international locations, including the Netherlands. Any applicable customs duties or import charges will be handled in accordance with Australian law.

7. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to love every piece from Cleo & Pippa. If something isn't quite right, you may request a change-of-mind return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to our eligibility conditions.

Approved change-of-mind returns may need to be shipped to our returns location, which may be in the Netherlands. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not limited by our voluntary returns policy.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts or discount codes. Promotions are subject to their own terms, including validity dates and eligible products. Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time.

Only one discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated.
